Return & Cancellation Policies

You may return any stones within 7 days of receiving the pieces. If you wish to make a return, please email us at welcome@luxuryQuARTz.com and call 720.900.1118. 

Here is the process for returning Crystals and Stones:

  1. Email us at Welcome@luxuryQuARTz.com and call us if you want at 720.900.1118, with the following information: your name, phone number and details on the return.

  2. If the piece(s) arrived to you via UPS, we will provide you with a UPS Return Service label. If the piece(s) arrived to you via a freight carrier or blanket-wrap service, we will contact the carrier and set up a time for them to retrieve the piece(s). You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return shipping due to packaging error, you will be responsible and no refund will be issued and you will be help responsible for any shipping costs.

 

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of LuxuryQuARTz receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the piece(s) minus shipping costs and 20% services fees.

We CAN NOT accept items that have been damaged, chipped or altered in any way. If the pieces are damaged, you will be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

You will receive an email about the status of your return when we receive your return.

Pieces Damaged in Transit getting to you

If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please take photos and email them to us immediately and call us at 720.900.1118. Please keep it as is in a safe place so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your commissioning order for special stones within 3 days of our verbal agreement, in person or on the phone. To cancel please email us at Welcome@luxuryQuARTz.com with your name, phone number, budget agreed and reasons for cancelling. Call us if you want but we require a cancellation email, a voicemail will not suffice.

If you have already sent us payment, you can expect a full refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days. If you change your mind after 3 days and have sent payment, we will issue a refund -20% of the commissioning budget in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days

 

Important note: Luxury Quartz is not a wholesaler nor a crystal store. We do not have an inventory to sell you. We independently partner with select miners and importers to find you the exact stones. We work for you.
